The first batch of emails with links to the application have been sent out. The session will be 10 weeks long, beginning the first Thursday in September and ending in the middle of November. We'll have an end-of-the-year party the week before Thanksgiving. We will meet weekly on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM with a total of 2 classes and a 30 minute break (for the students to play, talk or eat a snack) between. Below some of the classes and their descriptions are list. Book Club: Designed for grades 3-5 to read and discuss an age appropriate book. The class will also create projects and crafts based on the books. Canvas Art: This art class focuses on painting on to canvas. This class is open to students in K5 to 5 th grade. Mixed Media Art: An art class that focuses on using various mediums, such as wood or magazines to create art. This class is open to students in K5 to 5 th grade.
